What's for dinner this Friday Night?
I must say I've been decidedly un-carby this week. I've eaten a LOT of roughage too.
Tonight I may have (gasp!) pizza! Either that or I have to swing by Whole Foods so there may be some whole grain sushi in my future.
Tomorrow I am cooking though. I need to get back to my blogging. I miss it so!

Wow its been a while since I been on here... I am having something new to me that I haven't tried before, lol... I'm making ice cream with 8oz of 0% milk, 2 scoops of Banana protein, 2tbs of pb2, 1 packet of Splenda, 1/2ts. of vanilla, 1/4 packet (10g). of SF vanilla pudding... So I hope it turns out alrigh, :)
I had half of a weigh****chers smartone.. amazing how i used to beable to eat the whole thing and another one plus something else besides and i am burping like mad after only half not even.. full!!! but i cant seem to get my protein in..argh... i have eaten breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner!! n i can only get 36g's in.. i guess i will have a nother snack before i go out dancing.. goin to need it for energy.. i am trying the akins snacks they have protein.. eat one of them then wait n have a glass of milk to wa**** down..lol it will be down by the time i can drink the milk.. goin to have to figure out a new plan to get in the proteins... find new protein fill foods.. i cant do the shakes they make me sick to my belly..

I actually had pizza for lunch....homemade on Naan bread with my own spaghetti sauce, onions, peppers and low fat cheese. I can only eat a couple of slices and it is not big anyway so I get a couple, if not three meals out of it.
For supper however, I am having a chicken sausage and cole slaw.
