What is (was) for dinner?
I got a new flat top grill for Mother's Day and I got a beautiful ribeye that I had marinating all day (for Hubby). I grilled it on the flat top with a chicken breast and had combo fajitas with grilled peppers and pico de gallo. I had about 1/8 of a tortilla shell, and 1/4c of meat / veggies. It was so delish - but the fact that I haven't had real beef in 7wks could only help...
