Turkey breasts
Yellow and red peppers
Vidalia Onions
Mushrooms

Drizzled a slight amount of Ken's Lite Vidalia dressing on them and baked them.

Yummy!!

I had a half of Trader Joe Chicken Burger. I think Nik was talking about them. Very moist and great favor. 1/4 cup of beans and little lettuce,onion and tomato. Was like having a burger. Now it is a wls friendly one. Will have Fage and strawberries for evening snack.

Today I've had

3 protein shakes
2 snack bars
1/4 of a massive cookie
berries and fage

I need some decent food.

I'm goign to have some thawed lasagna for dinner. Get some good food in my system.

I modified the ingredients a little, no green onions, no mushrooms, and I added some HB meat 93% lean.   SOOOOO good!!!!!  I love the eggface website.

 Today I'm grilling! We're having:

Lean sirloin steak that I've been marinating for daaaayys in home grown herbs and other things
Laksa flavored portabello mushrooms
Yellow squash
and Zucchini.

They had some fresh corn on the cob in the store today and I was soooooo tempted....but then I remembered what sugary things do to me (thank goodness!)

On pureed, so I bought Trader Joes eggplant stacker, and pureed it up, was yummy but even now, hours later, my belly hurts so much.

 I  went for a hour and a half walk by the beach this afternoon, and I am hungry! Lucky I planned ahead and made some fast food to have on hand. I'm gonna have about 3 oz of shrimp with Old Bay and 2 TBSP of  Shelly's crunchy chicken curry salad ( really really yummy).
