NO Energy...I'm exhausted.

I am taking a multi-vitamin twice a day.  I asked my doctor about a B12 shot and she told me NO!  She said if I take the shot that it will mess up my labs on my next visit and they won't really know at that point what I need.  I know that would help me.

2 weeks post surgery I was not at work.
2 weeks post surgery..taking a shower was an aerobic ordeal.
2 weeks post surgery  I couldn't walk through a grocery store.

You just had major surgery. Be gentle with yourself. If work gets to be too much today..go home early.

Thanks....I've already hinted around that I may be out of here at lunch but I think they are ignoring me. haha...

It was 8 weeks before I felt real good energy.  Try to rest when you can, know this is temporary.

My surgeon warned me about the tiredness. I took 6 weeks off to recuperate. It wasn't until week 4-5 that I felt like I had my energy back again. Hang in there. You'll be feeling much better before you know it. Get that protein in.
