Give me your best protein drink recipes!

Finally, after almost 8 months I can tolerate protein drinks again!  I've never been so happy because it makes it SO much easier to get all of my protein in.  Since I've been able to keep the drinks down, I'm getting at least 100 grams of protein a day and my scale has started to move by leaps and bounds!  I only mix my breakfast shake/drink with milk and the rest with water.  Right now, I'm hooked on Click, but am looking to try to make up my own protein coffee recipe...hopefully LOL

Anyways, I was wondering if you all could share your favorite protein drink recipes with me and everyone else here.  I'll start out with mine

2 scoops Vanilla Latte Click
14 oz milk (16 oz water if this isn't for breakfast)
2 Splenda packets
2 squirts white chocolate SF syrup
2 squirts caramel SF syrup
6 ice cubes (I don't know why I use 6, but I do LOL)

I use a blender bottle and shake up the Click and milk for about a minute.  Then I add the syrups and Splenda and shake for another minute.  Pour it over ice and it takes me about an hour to drink.

I pretty much play it by ear depending on what sounds good on any given day.
I love frappes and this comes pretty close.
1 cup milk or almond milk
2 tsp instant decaf coffee
1 scoop protein powder of choice
1 or 2 tablespoons of sugar free syrup
ice
Put it all in the blender and blend away.
I sometimes add some Splenda if it needs more sweetness.
Sometimes I add a tablespoon of sugar free pudding mix for extra thickness..

I am slowly making my way through Shelly's Protein Shake recipes (Eggface) and so far the majority have been very good. But my very favorite is her Mango Banana Lassi recipe. I won't reproduce it here per her request, but here's the link to her page: theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/2007/06/my-favorite- protein-shake-recipes.html

Wow I feel I have hope now. I am over 2 months post op and have not been able to tolerate protein drinks as well as water and many other liquids and meats. THis has lead to numerous stays in the hospital.
