I haven't had any problem with eggs but some folks do.  Small bites, chew well, go slow.  Maybe add some milk to it before cooking.  Some folks can handle egg beaters better than eggs.  Or can eat egg salad but not scrambled eggs.

I can have a fried egg now I just dont eat the crispy egg around the edge and dont fry it in oil or anything unless you have fat free cooking spray ....

I haven't had any problems with eggs either.  I even had a deviled egg at Easter and had no problems. Scrambled eggs and egg-beaters also are fine.  Give it a shot but only eat like 1 bite and wait a few minutes before eating next one.  Thats what I do with anything new I try.

the reason some people cant eat them is because they are dry.  If you are scrambling a egg, add a little milk to it and then if you like cheese, top if off with cheese
