Extreme Makeover: Weight loss edition

So...who's going to watch this fine offering?

I think it might actually be good. They are following people for a year (I am impressed. Networks rarely invest that much time to stuff like this) so you get to see their ups and downs. I don't think the networks care about the longevity of their stories so much as they want to be able to show us a tangible RESULT and for morbidly obese people that takes at least a year.

But I smell some WLS bashing coming on. I shall brace myself.

Anyone else see the commercial?

If I remember to, I will watch it.  I do watch Biggest Loser on a pretty consistant basis, so this might be interesting.
It will be interesting to see if there is WLS bashing or not.  There is a large percentage of people who still see surgery as the easy/lazy way out.

I heart DVR. I already have it set to record the season.

I'll be tuned in to this....    Sounds very simular to A&E's HEAVY except it'll follow clients for a whole year instead of 6 months.....

I'm of the thinking that major weight loss is hard no what what route you choose....

I'm a sucker for these shows.....I'm sure I will watch!

The only one I don'****ch is the one that deals with food addicts......I just don't relate to it and it is kind of depressing how many don't succeed.

They had a show that was just "Extreme Makeover" several years ago and I just loved it.  You can bet I'm going to be watching this one!

It's after the SWAN show i decided to have my bariatric surgery and my full body makeover!

After my weight loss i knew that i was going to need to have several procedures to fix my body such as a tummy tuck, breast surgery and liposuction.
The issue is that I couldn’t afford these surgeries in the US so I decided to go abroad because it was much cheaper,,,this surgery was the best decision that i made.
I had a tummy tuck, breast augmentation, and liposuction on my stomach, flanks and inner thighs in latin America at the MakeoverTravel medical center. I paid  $7,300 for my 3 procedures and and staying included, transportation, blood test included and bilingual assistant included…All was included.
i am one year out from my surgery and i look and feel great. i can see 100% difference in my appearance. i am so ready to hit the gym and make the rest of my body match my wonderful, flat belly. i haven't seen a flat stomach in a very long time and thanks to my Dr., i highly recommend MakeoverTravel to all who need a mommy makeover and are looking for an affordable solution outside the US in an very nice place.
