B-12
hubby and I went shopping and I got some B-12 as I am really tired and having other problems. And read that getting b-12 in now is a good thing. Well I bought a bottle that is 6000? is that way to much? How should I take them daily/weekly? I dont know what my numbers are as I havent had post op blood work till later this month. But I am going to call my pcp and get the numbers pre-op that he did. So any advice form the Vets?

I used to take B12 5000 daily and still my B12 was low. Now I get injections. Every 2 weeks or more if I feel I need it.

Just take it once a week, unless your B12 level is pretty low. Then do it twice.
