craving pickle juice!
It is unlikely you actually need MORE salt/sodium, since most of us get plenty of it (or even too much) just in our daily intake. But go ahead an have a little. It will likely satisfy some type of craving you are having, which might prevent you form 'cheating'. I would only have like a tablespoon or so.
My sister used to drink the juice left over when a jar of pickles was gone. That was a little excessive, IMO. But I like it too, in moderation. I will even add some to my homemade salad dressings. That or caper juice.
