i have to say I have the best hubby out there I really do. For no reason what so ever I have been wanting a baked potato. Not something that I would usually eat not a go to food pre op. I just wanted one.

So hubby told me he was going to cook tonight and I was to get outta the kitchen...DO NOT have to tell me twice I tell ya. So he baked the potato scooped it out and filled it with mashed cauliflower that was mixied with cheese, bacon and protein powder. Then on the side he made garlic shrimp to eat as well.
He brought it to the table with 2 forks and we ate it Lady and the Tramp style. of course I didnt eat much but just that he found a way to make something that I wanted and that worked for me was amazing.

God i love that man!

My hubby just said you have a better hubby then me. I dont think so but we both thought that the mock potato stuffing was an amazing idea and your hubby does rock!
