One Month Surgaversary!
It has been one month and I am feeling great. Don't get me wrong I still have bad days but the good far out weigh the bad. I have lost a total of 28 pounds since surgery! I am amazed I have lost so much. I can eat without pain or fear as long as I eat slow and stick to the list my doc gave me. I don't push the line I figure it is there for a reason and I stick to it. I get in my vits everyday and most days I get in my protein..at least within only like 5-10 grams on short days.
My hubby and kids have been a blessing thru all of this. They are changing how they eat just as I am. My sons sit at dinner and eat their protein first and no drinking during dinner. It has made it all so much easier for me. And I love that they too are getting healthy.
This was other then having my babies the BEST FREAKING thing I have done!!!

Thank You!
I bet you cant wait for Tuesday! make sure you sip sip sip...and get outta that bed and walk as much as you can while in the hospital and continue both when you get home. I walked around my dinning table so many times I can't tell ya. As for foods I as on liquids for 2 weeks and loved my chicken broth it was a rotiserre chicken flavored I got at walmart. I loved it! and popsicles were my friends just make sure they are SF.
Make sur eyou follow your docs plan when it comes to food so that you dont run into trouble and if you do they can help.
