sorry had to get some work done.
I have been having such "blah" days. Never feel very motivated or energetic. Last night walking across the yard I could hardly move my feet...just dragging. I almost always have a low grade headache...like a hangover. I am watching my bloodsugar and for example, it was 50 when I left work yesterday. So, I had one of those single serving packs of peanut butter and a cheese stick. Still didn't feel much better, so I had a protein bar. An hour later my blood sugar was up to 74, but that is when I was literally dragging myself out to do chores and what not. I never come home and vegetate, but I have been lately. This morning it took me almost 4 hours to get my 45 minute morning routine done.I get distracted going from point A to point B and go off on some other tangent. It was an hour later before I realized I never gave the dog his water even when I originally had the water pitcher in hand. This afternoon I walked off in the middle of doing dishes and didn't even bother to turn the faucet off. When I tried to call the dog a "big boy" it came out as "dig doy". (Yes, I talk to the dog sometimes and he at least pretends to listen/understand).
Even after my suger level was up to 130 after a decent meal, I still don't want to do anything. Heck I haven't washed the dishes in a month (literally). I did finally get it done today. I used to be a doer, always tooling around doing chores and busy work, now I just sit and stare into space sometimes. I am very frustrated with my behaviour and seem unable to change it.
I occassionally feel like my face muscles are in small spasm not quite numb, not quite twitching, just weird.
I tell my friends at work it feels like my skin and muscles are just melting off of me....now I just tell them I feel "meltie" and they know what I am talking about.
Good luck.
