For anyone looking to cover thighs - I got an Aqua Terra suit at Lands End. It is a tankini (separates). The bottom has boy short undies under the skirt. I 'pulled' that extra thigh skin up inside 'em and it stayed long enough for me to get to the water. I figure I can pull the extra back up underwater and make it back to the towel/chair without scaring any small children.
Their suits are pricey, ($82 on sale). But. Worth. Every. Darn. Penny.
Plus, I got an 8 bottoms and 10 top. I find that if I order a top in petite, it makes my girls look better, something about the cut.
