yoyo-ing
for the last few weeks, I have been feeling blah. Some days I describe it is "melty" where it just feels like my muscles and skin are just melting off my bones. Today was one of those days. I literally shuffle along like a little old lady when I walk.
Other days, I describe the feeling more like my electrical system is misfiring.
I never seem to have energetic days anymore.
Any ideas?
ETA: oh yeah, and today I had a new kind of headache...it was a sharp stabby kind that kept threatening all day, but never really took hold. It would have been major misery had it really set it, but it more sparked and left off and on all day.

Have you had a full set of labs run lately? How is your supplementation? Are you getting in all your protein and fluids?
I would make an appt with your doctor and discuss this with him. It is not normal to feel the way you are describing.

I rarely ever miss a supplement..i have a great routine for that. I drink between 80-120 oz/day no problem and protein is usually around 100 per day.
