I am looking for good crock pot recipes. I've already looked at bariatric foodie and got some good recipes from there but I want some more. Do you have any???

The recipes in almost any crock pot cook book or website will work.  If the recipe calls for lots of starch, just use less or leave it out.  Skin the chicken, trim fat from meat and only use the spices and flavorings you like.  If you don't like rosemary and you add it to the recipe, you probably won't like the finished dish.  Leave it out, and it will be fine.

I love chicken or pork tenderloin in the crockpot with a can of diet coke, 1/2 cup reduced sugar ketchup, fresh garlic to taste and onions to taste. Tastes like a sweet barbecue sauce. You could easily make it spicier with some cayenne or chili powder.

Here's a site I've used.  They aren't necessarily WLS friendly all of them but I've altered many to what I wanted by using lower fat and/or replacing white carbs with veggies.

I throw in some boneless skinless chicken thighs and breasts.  Add one can black beans, one can corn and a large jar of salsa.  Let it cook all day and serve topped with cheese and sour cream.
