What was your potassium level last time you had labs done?

As far as drinking, I don't know of any reason not to drink right before meals.  However, I do know good reasons not to drink for at least 30 minutes after eating.

1. magnesium oxide, I've heard, can help with both regularity and cramps, but I'm not sure if I'm mixing it up.

2. You really should follow the thirty minutes after rule. You should also limit your meals to thirty minutes. What you doh't eat in thirty minutes you should pass up. Having long drawn ouit meals is a very bad habit, because if you want to bypass the restrictive part of the surgery, you eat slow and your meal can last forever..... so when thirty minutes is up, that's it. How does this relate to dumping? I hate when I feel bad for parent-teacher conferences.
3. Non scale victory

I just saw my doctor this week for a check up and we addressed the cramps I've been experiencing during the visit.  He mentioned that causes could be the result of dehydration, a deficiency in magnesium, potassium, or calcium.

He ran test on me and all came back normal; however, it does appeal that I have hypoglycemia.
