Home from yet another hospital stay

So this time my stenosis closed back up and they dilated it to 16 cm which they say is really large. I'm fine with that as long as I can get food and drink down and not throw up every meal! It is 6 weeks out from surgery today and I really thought I wold be feeling better by now! I'm feeling pretty discouraged and hospital stays are always miserable. I feel like it is like jail! It was supposed to be outpatient but I had so much nausea and my chest hurt so bad that they kept me over night. Now I feel a lot better but I feel like there is air trapped in my chest moving from side to side and i don't know how to get some relief from that.

Any thoughts?
