Wheat Thins
I started eating the RF Wheat Thins at about a week post op, they were the ONLY thing that cured my nausea. Half a serving, twice a day. I can have them around, they are not a trigger, I count out the half serving. But I have only bought them once or twice since that first week post op.
I much prefer Everything Bagel pretzels by Snyders (might be a different brand, Rold Gold?) Lots of flavor packed into a little pretzel. I am pretty much maintaining though. If I was in "loss" mode I would probably not have these in my diet.

Wheat Thins and Triscuts are divine... so much so that I have easily eaten entire boxes of them in an afternoon pre-op. At almost 5 years post-op, I know that I can make a serious dent in a box of either one over a day, so I don't keep them in the house. When I want something crunchy and tasty, I go for soy crisps, Akmak crackers or Revival Soy Protein chips. It's hard, especially with all the new flavors of Wheat Thins and Triscuts out there, but I have learned this lesson many times over. Good luck!
