Calling all my Nov. 2010 surgery folks or veterans.....
I totally understand. I know why I have been slightly stalled for a few weeks. I let my obsession with snacking (even on protein) get a little carried away. I also don't always get enough fluids, and I am working on that.
However, the 70 pounds I already lost have changed my life enough to make it possible to be patient, and persistant.
good luck.

i am in my first stall i guess that what I will call it Ihave been bouncing between 246-250 since 4/1/11 but I would not wory about it infact i am going to move my scalle out of the bathroom because then I will be able to go a few weeks without weighing in. I would check your calories because if they are too low thenyou may need to increase them a bit
This is a great post because BINGO.....I haven't lost anything in a week and a half. I know that isn't very long, but I typically lost a couple/few pounds a week so it is a change for me. I've been trying to focus on how well I've done, how great I feel, the different sizes I've been wearing and how I've known stalls have been coming! (It doesn't make it any more fun..does it? Blah) It's nice to have other people who had surgery at the same time to "talk" to on here. I have days where I eat more frequently (snack more) which probably isn't good...although I do notice that when I eat more calories I lose more! (I snack on good things.) Keep up the good work..protein, fluids, calories, exercise.....it'll pay off!!! Believe me, if mine lasts too long I'll be needing the encouragement from you soon!!!!
