Rise and shine! Well I'm back to the unemployed role. Sigh. But new it was a temp postion. So I'm a lil dowm. Luckily I get unemployment again. So not sure about eats today as I'm a lil down. Yall have a good day.
Babygirl got her surgery March 3rd...     She's from 339 to 200 as of 6/14/2012.. SOO proud of my bigbabygirl

Breakfast - Egg & Chicken Salad
Lunch - Pita Bites with no fat cream cheese
Dinner - Tortellini with Chicken & Watercrest...maybe a Cesar salad
Snack - Apple, Cheese String & maybe a SF pudding

called in sick to work today because I don't feel like using a vacation day for a long dentist appointment. :)  Dropping kids off at school and then heading to work out.
B: egg & cheese omlette

L: left over beef broccoli stir fry
S: dentist appointment
D: ?

Going to inquire about college courses tonight.  Excited.  I need a new job.

PreB; coffee, water, and milk
Then played with my new kettlebell, it is kinda fun and different workout
B: 1/2 a sausage patty and most of an egg more coffee in a half an hour
S: fage w/fresh strawberries
L: turkey lasagna w/dreamfield's pasta
D: ? going out so probably a big salad after a margarita

Good Morning!

Things are calming down a bit and Im still trying to get back on track, but I've gotten better every day this week

1. Cookies & Cream protein w/ coffee
2. Squid salad from Sushi bar
3. Greek yogurt...hopefully I can make it taste better so I dont have to cover it up with cereal. Need to scale back on the carbs.
4. Grilled steak I didnt make last night and steamed vegs.

I was up at 6 something WAITING on you diva! LOL. I'm sorry to hear about your job. Hopefully this means an even better one is coming though.

Doing: Ummmm...I dunno. I thought I got paid today but it's tomorrow so I am still broke as HELL!!!

Eating:

1. Protein carrot cupcake

2. 1 egg +1 egg white omelet with turkey bacon and cheese

3. A Mexican Cinnamon Protein Shake

4. Two cheese sticks and some strawberries

5. Can you believe I STILL have not made my curried tilapia stew? I am a damn shame. I DID however make a shrimp cheesesteak last night and...NOM! Too good for words. Might do that again.

6. No-bake protein key lime pie with whippage.

There will be coffee in there as well and probably a piece of sugar-free almond bark.

Did you say - No-bake protein Key lime pie with whippage - Please share the location of this recipe.  That is my all time favorite dessert and I had it about 3 times before surgery.  Something to look forward to in the future.

Pre B: Venti Skinny Triple shot latte
Breakfast: Vitamuffin top, banana nut with a serving of PB2
Lunch: 1/4 of my baked chicken cordon bleu
Snack: 1/2 oz of beef jerky
Dinner: Shrimp w/sf ****tail sauce

Been slacking on my fluids.  Gonna work hard on those today.
