I myself take the B12 nasal spray...thank goodness my insurance covers it!  It was almost $400 at Walgreen's, my copay was $70, but I had a coupon from the surgeon's that pulled that down to $35.

Wow...what an eye opener! Thanks so much for this post. I just had my labs done on 4/18 and my b-12 was at 547. Which (as you said it would probably do) fell right in the middle of their "normal" range of 200-910. So initially I was happy for the results. Now...not so much! I take 1000mcg sub-lingually once per week. Would you recommend that I up that to twice a week? I am also looking in to the injections. I used to get those before (when on previous diets) for energy. Thanks again for this very helpful post.
