Before/After Thread!!!!

i'm at work right now so i don't have access to my monthly pictures but i do have crappy phone pictures!

this is me pre-op, two weeks before my surgery at 343lbs:





and this is me right now in the bathroom at work, my last weigh in being last week tuesday at 290lbs

i'm only three months out so i definitely don't see a big difference, especially not like the other posts in this thread!

You look amazing!  Do you mind my asking what size you are now?  You actually do look much tinier than 190ish pounds!

Before....about a month before surgery, I'd already lost about 60lbs. 353lbs



6 months out...aabout 225lbs



1 year....about 190lbs



18 months ...about 180lbs
