OT - Ipod dizziness

Does anyone else have trouble using an ipod because it makes them dizzy or quezy?  As many folks do now a days, I work in a cubicle and using an ipod to drown out the office noises/chatter would be very helpful, but when i use it I always get dizzy or quezy.  If I use one ear bud rather than two, I usually last longer before I have to take it off, but then I hear more office noises. 

When I walk or run, rather than use my ipod, I use my droid and just let it play loud for the world to hear - I rarely see anyone out in my neighborhood, so I don't think I bother anyone. 

 Maybe it's the ear buds that are bothering you? Have you tried over the ear headphones or even a different kind of ear bud? I know that I can't handle the ones that came with my iPhone and had to go out and buy some nice Skullcandy ones.
