Tomorrow is the day!!! i've been waiting for this for a while, and i'm sooo excited! i can't wait to finally begin the next part of my life..

on the other hand...i am nervous. but i really, truly believe things will be okay, just jitters i suppose.

any last minute advice? packing list? anything?

Good Luck. There are dozens of posts about what to pack, but besides something very comfortable to wear home, think about what you might want if you feel lousy. Lip balm, cell phone, are about the only things the hospital could not provide.
