What are you eating/doing today? Hump day Wednesday edition!
Other than what I already ate, I have no idea. I think I might have some left over white chicken chili that I had 2 nights ago for dinner for lunch...dinner depends on what's being served at church (and if I go to supper or not).

I took the most lovely walk around Baltimore. For those of you who aren't from MD this will make no sense but for my MD folk, I walked from my house (in Pigtown/Washington Village) through downtown, past the harbor, through Little Italy and to Fells Point to sit on the pier and watch the funniest group of ducks fuss with each other (this is about a 3 mile walk altogether). Then on the way back I went through Harbor East, through the Inner Harbor, around Camden Yards and back to good ol' Pigtown. Nice walk. Worked out a lot of stuff that had been troubling me.
I'm about to go mop the kitchen floor :)
Eating: (edited to show actuals)
1. Protein carrot cupcake w/ protein icing (about 15g protein)
2. 1 egg over medium, 2 slices of turkey bacon, 2 slices pepperidge farm very thin bread toast (12g protein)
3. Most likely a protein shake. Didn't make one yesterday and I missed it. (34g protein)
4. Bag of BBQ Glenny's soy crisps (9g protein) + a few tortilla chips with salsa and some quinoa salad samples from Whole Foods.
5. 1 cup cottage cheese w/ 1/2 scoop chocolate whey and 1/2 c. fake ass Fiber One Twigs. (43g protein)
6. (will be) curried tilapia stew & some salad with imitation bacon bits and light Asian Sesame dressing. (about 25g protein)
7. If I must...another protein cupcake (15g)
That's 138g protein without the other cupcake. Off to go map my walk on LiveStrong to see how many calories I burned!!!

Breakfast: Unjury Chocolate shake (8 oz)
Mid morning snack: Turkey pepperoni slices (about 15 slices)
Lunch: My husband's yummy homemade Chili (1/2 cup) :-)
Mid afternoon snack: Dannon Low fat yogurt (1/2 cup)
Dinner: Probably more yummy Chili (1/2 cup)
Evening Snack: Sugar Free Wal-mart Swirl pop (14 calories) :-)

Food for today:
1. Vanilla/orange protein OMG YUM! Vanilla protein, vanilla unsweet almond milk, orange extract, pinch of orange sf jello.
2. Strawberry banana Chobani (hope it tastes good!)
3. Pure Protein Strawberry shortcake bar
4. 4oz steak (if I can get in that much) and steamed vegs.
Snack - yogurt
Lunch - BBQ beef
Snack - cottage cheese
Dinner - potatoes/green beans/sausage
Snack - string cheese
I also have to have two 1 cup protein supplements (carnation instant breakfast) and 48oz clear liquids.
*sigh* I never ate this much before the surgery, how I'm expected to do it after the surgery is beyond me.
10:30 AM: 2 slices of my low-carb, high-protein rosemary-garlic Irish brown bread (made with Atkins flour) and a wedge of Laughing Cow Light blue cheese
1:45 PM: Small pink lady apple and Fage
4:45 PM: Turkey bacon/mushroom Eggface bites
7:20 PM (right after yoga when I'll be real HONGRY): A few (like 5-10) cashews or raw almonds, or maybe a few (8-13) peanuts
9:00 PM: Maybe tonight I'll make my braised baby artichokes with white bean-dill sauce
LNS (midnight or so): Probably some of my beloved chocolate cottage cheese thing
Walked 2.7 mi to work this morning and will walk another mile or so from yoga home. There will be a few cups of decaf coffee thrown in here as well.
Having RNY was probably the best thing I've ever done for myself.
Approx highest weight: ~350. Highest measured weight: 338. Surgery weight: 297. Lowest weight (for 5 minutes): 169. Current weight: 209. Goal weight: ??? - maybe 180-185, which was my maintenance weight before the regain.
