I got a four pack of turkey meatloaf muffins, Its basically circle mini meatloafs with spinach and mashed potatoes on top. It's really good. I am so happy I can eat normal food now!

Hi,  a Trader Joe's is opening near me soon.  That sounds awesome...is it something made fresh or is it packaged?  How many oz, calories, & fat in each?  Thanks for sharing!  Be Well.

Those sound amazing!  Can you take a picture of them?  I don't have a Trader Joes near me but that sounds like something I'd like to attempt to make.

Man, that sounds amazing! So hitting the TJ once I'm able to do foods next month. Of course, one thing at a time - just working on liquids is a first!

That's like food porn.  Those look so, so yummy.

When I'm on that stage of foods I will be trying to make something like this at home.

I take the potatoes off and mix with Greek yogurt and then do the same with the spinach.   Don't know why but I like it all but have to separate, mix and then eat separately!

TJ's is my first stop for shopping each week!

This did give me an idea to make my own muffin tin meatloafs...they freeze great and I eat about 1 & 1/2 for a meal.  Sometimes turkey, sometimes gr beef.
