2 oz of Campbells' finest cream of Chicken soup. Mmm, mmm, blah! Nik, I can't wait til I'm further out to try some of your blog recipies. The mexican cassarole thingy sounds so good! Thursday I get my drain out and maybe the doc will say it's ok ot have refriend beans and cheese.

I had some tuna with a bit of mayo and some *fresh* cooked asparagus. It was fab. I'd been looking forward to the asparagus all week.

I'm torn...... do I want a second helping of Fage, or do I want lasagna.... since all I've had today is protein shakes, snack bars, and berries and Fage.... I'm thinking the lasagna is a good choice. Yum stuff y'know.

Fridge is almost empty and don't feel like going to the grocery store tonight, so 2 sticks of string cheese for dinner and a sugar free popsicle or two.
