What's for dinner?
I just had a "steak and cheese" tostada: carmelized onion and chopped deli roast beef pan cooked until crispy and put atop a high fiber taco sized tortilla with some Mexican blend cheese. YUMMY!

Pork tenderloin slice, about an inch thick, sauted in a little olive oil and then smothered in a sauce of 1 cup green onion tops (did not want to buy a whole leek!) cooked in 1 tbls butter till soft, then add 1 tbls milk and 1/2 cup blue or feta cheese crumbles. To die for! Feel like I am at a grand steak house!
Not very hungry tonight because I had a very tasty protein shake an hour before dinnertime and didn't have much room. I had a cup of low fat broccoli cheddar soup. It was very tasty!
