SHARI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been quoting you a lot. Musta talked you over this way (and in true Nik spirit I MUST take credit for you being here).

Question: Do you just do regular marshmallow fluff, make your own or is there a sugar-free variety out there?

Last week I made the divas filled cupcakes and the filling called for marshmallow fluff and I thought to myself how well this could apply to a wls friendly version but for some reason marshmallow, even a tiny bit, sends me to dumpsville if it isn't sugar free.

I just did my Zumba (a la Xbox Kinect) and will do a two mile walk. I need to get my rear in gear matter of fact.

I use the real deal. At only 20 cals, it also provides me with fast sugar for energy. I don't dump unless I eat a busload.

I'm here because I am taking three days to chill a little before my head blows off. ;) I am finishing a principal internship, a second Masters, and running for Union presidency, academic team leader, teaching Sex Ed at my church (?) and exercising like a good do-bee-- takes all my time!

Doing:

Just did my Zumba workout. Need to walk to CVS and the post office (about two miles there and back) and do some more chores.

Eating:

1. Something that TRUST you will want to check Bariatric Foodie for later. I'll post when it's all ready.

2. 1 cup cottage cheese w/ Splenda and 1/2 c. Fiber One twigs

3. Probably my French onion soup ramekin and 2 grilled lunchmeat roll ups.

4. There is four squares of dark chocolate in my future somewhere in there.

5. Finally making my curried tilapia stew! Yay!

6. I dunno. But something. There's also prolly a protein shake in there somewhere. Mexican chocolate. With whippage.

If anyone is interested in the recipes for anything I listed, holler and I'll link them. Right now I'm feeling lazy. Yawn.

Morning!  I'm a little late posting but... eh. It's rainy Tuesday and I have ALL rights to be lazy in this weather! I am SO sick of nasty weather! First cold, then snow, then cold, now rainy AND cold! Will summer weather EVER get here??

My habits are in tune with the weather. Eating already is miserable today. And I've gained 2 lbs.

PreB: SF mocha coffee, 3..yes THREE mini candy bars and 1/2 apple turnover. (super bad!) -oh how I wished I would dump so that the temptations to eat these weren't so great!
B: skipped
s: sighs.. skipped
L: I'm gonna try like hell to eat properly! turkey slice, cheese slice, dijon, cucumber slices & small apple
s: get my fluids in!
D: undecided. But, it's gonna be a meat source, some sort of veggie, whole grain something, and a serving of fruit.
s: Greek yogurt w/ Kashi
