Have a great day everybody!
Today is still a mystery-- so let me post yesterday!
Wake up-- a half hour workout with Gilead, some coffee and Click (I am not so fond, will not have it again) The OH for a bit, house cleaning, tax paying, do dishes, clean closets, clean cabinets, sort tupperware, go to Goodwill, get two free iced coffees from DD, long Zumba class, more cleaning, dinner at 10:30, bed at midnight
Today I will do much of the same, except instead of Zumba it's a 4 mile walk, and a weight workout
Food?
Yesterday--
20 oz coffee with Click
4 wheat PopRice
a Chocolite™ bar
whole bag of spinach, 4 oz chicken, oz bleu cheese, 1/5 cup cranberries, 0 cal dressing
2 iced coffees
bottle of Propel zero
24 oz half decaf coffee
pork chop with pineapple salsa
green beans and mushrooms in garlic cheese sauce
caramel rice cake with almond butter and marshmallow fluff
bag of popcorn
pint of Mint Chocolate Arctic Zero "ice cream"
cup of chocolate/cherry greek yogurt with whipped cream
today?
probably
Coffee with Click. Lotsa coffee. Often 12 cups a day, no lie.
Bag of spinach with chicken and asiago cheese, 0 cal dressing
bacon topped filet mignon, roasted cheesy cauliflower, and butternut and apple casserole
cup of chocolate/cherry greek yogurt with whipped cream
And the usual snacks-- "ice cream", some multigrain sumpin', maybe popcorn, dunno.
As always, 1700 calories, and probably 150g protein. I tend to spend between 2200-2800 calories a day, so I know it looks like a lot of food-- and it is-- but that's why the body needs.

My body stopped at 172 and then bounced up. I ate less, the scale went up. I ate more, the scale went up. I exercised, the scale went up...until it reached 195 where I have been the last two years.
It is just in the last year that I came to grips with it and started eating like a halfway sane person. And I still exercise (cuz I like to).
But I feel like ****a in Roots and you guys are Fiddler. "What it like, Shari? What it like to be free?"
