This is really inspiring. You should feel great. I know you want to get those 4 lbs off but look at what you have done. Those 4 lbs will not keep you down. I was told when you reach a stall, change things up a little *****ange your exercises and some of your eating habits. However, I would love to be more like you. You have really inspired me to keep going and keep trying. Thank you for this post.

Congratulations.  I did continue to lose every month of my second year.    I love my lifestyle change.  Just keep protein firs****ch portion sizes, get  your fluid in.  Eat veggies and fruits and omit (or very little) white carbs.  Get your vitamins and supplements in and be active.

Keep your medical appointments and get your labs done routinely.

Sounds like you are well on your way.
