Now that I'm healing...starting on Soft Foods!
I started with cottage cheese and greek yogurt. Scrambled eggs were third... and they didn't go over well - but I never really liked eggs anyway! Refried beans are good too - I add a little bit of salsa for flavor. Just take it SLOW! I actually counted to fifty (sometimes more) between bites at first to make sure I didn't eat too fast.
