I ordered the 300 under 300 book. It looks like they will be really easy to turn into WLS friendly recipes and the recipes look really neat. She has a whole section about making egg mugs (srambled eggs with other goodies in a big coffee mug in the microwave) I didn't even know you could make eggs in the microwave! BTW, SO glad to hear you're feeling better!

I have her first two.  She is a Weigh****cher so they are not necessarily high protein.  They are usually low fat and high fiber.  But they are usually simple and good.  She also has a website and you can sign up for her daily e-mails.  She does a lot of recipes,  swaps,  product reviews.

Love Hungry Girl! I watch her shows on Saturdays. When I looked at the 300 for under 300, I saw that a LOT of the recipes were VERY high in sugar, but that's easily swapped for some Splenda. I'm dying to try this chicken soup recipe from last weeks show...No noodles, but TONS of shredded chicken and veggies!

If you try any, let me know!! I do love her stuff!
