What's for dinner?

I mixed tuna with greek yogurt and onion dip mix. Makes 2-3 servings.31 grams protein about 170 calories.

I had about 3 oz of porkchop and about 1 tbs onion,  all cooked in thin teriyaki sauce instead of oil.  I would have baked it instead, but wanted the onions sauteed in the teriyaki.  Only had to use 1 dish this way.    It was tender and moist :-)

With the stomach cramps I was having it was a chore to make dinner!  So it was nothing fancy, moose burger (bun for hubby - none for me), about five baked beans, four baked french fries, a couple of olives and some avocado for the burger.  Couldn't fini****  

I'd rather have had Nik's bloody steak :)

Baked chicken, Keen-wa (I know I know the spelling is wrong) with Feta cheese, broccoli if i have room.
