Nik, I had your ricotta and spagetti sauce bake and thought I died and went to heaven!  My first real "soft meal" that I was able to hold down.  My first meal was Taco Bueno beans and I thought the devil had come to kill me.

LOL! As much as I would love to claim credit for the ricotta bake, it's actually Eggface's recipe.

I heart Eggface. She has "talked" me off the ledge more times than she will ever know...

I have no clue.  Cabinets are bare and fridge isn't far behind. I have a head of cabbage, 8 ounces of ground chicken, and some fat free refried beans.  NONE of it sounds good separately or together.  I may go the path of least resistance and just scramble an egg or something.

I saw your chipped beef recipe the other day and it started me thinking.  I took the deli roast beef, Knorr's brown gravy and Chobani plain yogurt and Tadah!!!!! "Beef Stroganoff" on toast!  It was good.

Beef stew!! I'll eat around the potatoes and celery but have a few bites of carrots after I get the beef all chewed up.... Can hardly wait till it finishes cooking!!

I had tofu stirfried with vegetables. I went to the asian grocery store. I thought I bough bok choy but it's something else. Tasted good though.

Nik,

I used the chips you recommend - Flaxseed from TJ's and I LOVE them. Nachos for supper tonight!

Beans like me and I like them. Fish, not so much - have puked 3 times now on white fishes. Am going to try salmon this weekend. I loved fish before.
