omelet cooking questions
At work, our cafeteria has one of those omelet stations where an chef will prepare your omelet while you wait with the toppings of your choice. Most morning I like to get a spinach and cheese omelet. He defaults to brushing the pans with melted butter before cooking. You can ask him to use Pam instead, but he sprays so much it is a thick layer on the bottom of the pan. Would you opt for the butter instead of the Pam since he uses so much?
You then have a choice of regular eggs, egg whites, or egg beaters. which is the healthier choice?
