A two-hamburger super-sized meal from Mcdonald's.
a box of mac n cheese and two hot dogs for dinner.
a bunch of double-stuff oreos and milk for dessert.
(I don't even know what I ate between meals, but I'm guessing it was something)

I will not have additional white carbs for lunch... and dinner (I'm not picky when it comes to carbs).
I will not eat an entire large bag of pretzels...
AND I will not eat the 2 plates of cupcakes that I co-worker gave me this morning! (I will bring the cupcakes home to the kiddos though.)
I will not be having my former favorite breakfast of biscuits and gravy plus 3 sausage patties from Hardee's.
I will not be having a Fillet O Fish from McD's with extra tarter and fries.
I will not be munching on chips and candy thoughout the day.
I will not be having stuffed crust pizza dipped in garlic butter sauce for dinner tonight.
Holy cow. I do feel better about what I am eating after remeniscing about these old faves!
2 large bowls of cereal, Cinnamon-Raisin bagel loaded with cream cheese for breakfast, 4 pop tarts with a cup of yogurt, 3 or 4 grilled cheese sandwiches on wheat bread, 2 large pancakes with syrup & butter + 4 sausages + home fries, 2 Portuguese bread rolls with butter and cheese, x-tra large glass of coffee milk (on the dark side) for breakfast
1 small Pepperoni pizza, "Foot Long" Subway Italian Sub, Pork LoMein with Crab Rangoons, 20oz coke, 2 servings of diner leftovers (on most days) for lunch
1/2 package of Fudge Stripped "Zebra" cookies with milk, 3/4 bag of chips, 1/2 box of Cheez It crackers, 1/2 of a large sweet bread loaf with x-tra large glass of coffee milk (on the dark side), leftover desserts (cheesecake, lady finger cake, apple pie, truffle, strawberry shortcake, brownie shortcake, etc...) for snack
3 servings of Linguine with Chicken Alfredo, 3 servings of Shepard's Pie, 3 servings of meat and 4 cheese Lasagna, 1 McDouble + 1 McChicken + 6pcs Chicken nuggets with Sweet & sour sauce + Fries + medium soda, Whopper with cheese + 6pcs chicken tenders + fries+ medium soda, 3pcs Popeye Chicken with fries + 2 corn on the cob, 2 or 3 servings of hearty beef stew with rice, 2 or 3 servings of pork and Potatoes for dinner
Wow! It's been so long since I ate like that, I had to think hard about what I used to eat. This is very good therapy!

Nor will I eat McDonald's fries, General Tso's Chicken and Awsome Burger's (burger with hot sausage with onions & peppers & melted cheese on a toasted bun).

I did not eat two bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits from a local diner.
I will not be eating from the school cafeteria where they are having some sort of biscuit topped casserole that involves cheap ground beef and lots of cheese and plus a roll and a sugar filled fruit cup.
I will not be eating two double cheeseburgers from McD. on the way home as a snack before supper.
I will not be eating half of a large pepperoni lovers pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese, cheesesticks and cinnamon sticks from Pizza Hut.
I will not be eating two large bowls of Bluebell Homemade Vanilla with Strawberries ice cream right before bed.
Good Lord, no wonder I was ginormous!!!
