Xanax warning...HOLY HELL!

Thanks to me being a teacher and being on spring break I have been doing a lot of laundry...laundry folding=thinking.  Since my husband is Air Force I have been thinking about the obvious crap on the news.  I checked his pay deposit for next week, and it is half of his normal paycheck...fantastic. 
Right now we are paying bills in two houses since he is moving next week to our new base, but the kids and I are moving in June.  Paying all of this WITHOUT off base pay, and now NO PAY. 

I started having a panic attack...took a Xanax, and within 5 mins the room is spinning.  Preop it would simply call me down and make me a little sleepy, apparently postop one pill makes me feel like I took about 20.  Holy hell...need a nap.  Here's praying for no financial nightmares.

omg, i am so sorry . thats horrible.. sounds like you have been through so much. wonder what half wouldve done. may have to take it just before you lay down. like in bed already . im sure there are so many things we lal have yet to learn.who wouldve thought that would happen.

I take Ambien and I literally have to take it, walk to the bed and lie down and turn off the light. It's that fast for me.

I'm praying for all of the military people and those who depend on federal paychecks.

I REALLY UNDERSTAND YOU HAVING A PANIC ATTACK.. WE WERE IN ENGLAND IN 1972 WHEN THE GOVERNMENT SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE MONEY TO SEND US HOME. THEY WOULD FLY US TO FORT DIX THEN WE WERE ON OUR OWN DIME. THANK GOODNESS WE HAD SAVED SOME MONEY TO GET TO NEW MEXICO. WE ARE NOW RETIRED. MY HUBSAND WAS IN THE AIR FORCE AS WELL. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR MOVE. ONCE YOU GET ORDERS YOU FEEL IN LIMBO TILL YOU GET TO YOUR NEW BASE. HANG IN THERE.

How much Xanax did you take?......I have .5mg and 1 mg tabs.....I know everyone is different but for me to feel relief I need to take 1mg or even 2mg and then I am cool!

Last April for the first time in my life I developed insomnia and it is bad....To get a decent night's sleep on weekends I have to take 10mg of Ambien and 1mg of Xanax together or I am "buck-eyed" all night!

PCP told me that these symptoms may subside once my weight stabilizes...At 2.5 years out I am still losing albeit verrrrrrry sloooooowly!

I take .5.  What is crazy is that preop I needed 2 or 3 of them when I felt an attack coming on!

We are military and i already called all creditors and they either deferred the payment and some actually just waved the payment for march, not extending, just deeleted!! How freakin awsome, att cell phone co said just dont worry about it and said ur new balance is zero!!! Call them right away, or when u sober up, hahaha

I have paid all of our bills for March.  I only get paid on the 1st of the month, so all the bills are paid then.  The only bill we have on the 15th is two weeks at the CDC (daycare on base). 
But he is driving to the new house in Alabma on the 18th and needs to get essential stuff (new cleaning supplies, shampoo, an air mattress, etc., and FOOD) for the new place.  It will be bare bones for him until we offically move in June.  We were planning on him using about $300 from the 15th check. 
I know we will get the money eventually, luckly we are not like a lot of the civilian government workers who will not get paid for this forced vacation, but not knowing when we will be getting back paid is driving me batty!

I forgot to mention...THAT IS FREAKING AWESOME THAT THEY ARE DOING THAT!!!  Damn it, we have AT&T also!!  At least it isn't something that is unknown, like if we worked for a small company that was doing this, it is the government and all over the news!

My husband is Navy. I feel your pain on not having the full pay. My husband will be pcs'ing in May while the kids and I stay put. I dont' know how that will affect us. I just had my surgery so I am off for six weeks unpaid leave. Not a good time. What makes me mad is that if it was congresses pay they were fighting over things would never get this bad.
