 I really love this stuff, what I do is heat my chicken up and take a Tablespoon of it and put in my chicken, toss in the microwave and eat it that way.  Only way I have been able to eat chicken and the nutritional values on it are for 1/4 cup so that would be 4 Tablespoons, just to use one doesn't make the stats on it bad at all.

I make a hot dish out of the santa fe flavor...chicken, diced spiced rotel tomatoes, tomato sauce, sauteed onions, and colored peppers. I take out chicken, and the sauteed vegies for me, mix the rest with pasta...family loves loves loves it!

Thanks for the post....I love Philly everything! and have wondered how the cooking creme will taste.......Philly really makes it easy on us cooks don't they?

They even have cheesecake filling in the tub and all you need is a crust!!

I am a fan of food network and my fav Paula Deen and I seen her prepare a red snapper fish dish using cheese and mayo so the cooking creme depending on the flavor might work well with baked fish...I am going to experiment with that!
