Philly Cooking Creme!

This has been my savior with chicken!  It keeps the chicken moist, gives it some flavor and coats things on the way down!!  Yes, it is a little rich, but it works and tastes amazing!  So far the Santa Fe one is my favorite.  I make dinner for my family with it about twice a week (different flavors) and then remove just the chicken and creme for me, then continue making the regular recipe for my hubby and kids.  So, if you are having a hard time with chicken you might want to give it a try!

Just discovered this too!  I have been making a chicken breast, asparagus & cherry tomato dish with it this past week and just love it!

I got two different flavors for a great deal (basically free) as a local grocery was doing double coupons up to $2.00.  I still havent tried chicken but it is helpful to know that this made it go down easy.  When I get brave enough to try chicken (other than pureed on soup....done that already) I will try it with the philly cheese.  I have also read on here that marinating it beforehand with greek yougurt can also help so I may also try this trick.  I need to start experimenting with adding foods....just get nervous!!  Trying ground turkey for the first time tonight.  Wish me luck!!!

Absolutely Delicious!

The Southwest is great with skinless chicken breast,  peppers and onions.

My family loves this stuff. I've made it twice. I never thought of eating it, but I guess I could take the chicken and broccoli out and eat them. Thanks for the advice.

I love it, too.  The cheapskate in me wonders, though if we could make it easily. I'm going to try mixing red. fat cream cheese (or maybe the whipped kind) with some milk or fat free half and half and some taco seasoning mix ( a little at a time) for the Santa Fe.  I think it will work and would be quick to make.  I wonder if the Italian would be similar with a little good seasons mixed in. If it works, the possibilities are endless.  I also wondered about adding a little dry ranch dressing mix to the cream cheese/dairy mixture.   I'll post if it works!

I have seen these at the store but wasn't really sure what to do with them and if I could even have them. Now that I just looked at the recipes it even looks like some of them I can enjoy with my family.  They look really yummy.  I gotta try these.  I can eat chicken so far I seem to be able to handle most meats. I just try and make them moist and I eat tiny bites and really chew it up good.

I just bought my first because I had a $1.50 coupon.  I am going to do it with chicken and a veggie.  I am glad to see they are good!
