So today was kinda a bad day...I over did it and paid for it in pain. Thankfully hubby was here to deal with the kids. Well as we were sitting around after dinner talking there was a knock at the door. My principle from my sons school... I am pretty freindly with stopped over and dropped off a gift bag for me. He himself went thru rny 3 yrs ago. There was a food diary, a pink water bottle, vitamins , and a sweet note of encouragement. It made my day feel so much better now.

Oh! That's awesome! What an encouraging gesture! It's wonderful you have such a great circle of support!

I hope tomorrow is better for you! (It's hard for me not to overdo it!)

That was so supportive of him...  Its Amazing the support people can give... I have already got so much support from a friend that had it a couple months ago even though I have not got my surgery yet...
