Cool whip?

I'm almost three weeks out and I wanted to make pumpkin fluff. SF pudding pack mix mixed into FF or SF cool whip and pureed pumpkin. I'll probably put vanilla protein powder in instead of pudding mix. Is cool whip something I can have at this stage. Should I get ff or SF?

Why not buy some whipping cream, whip it up, and add some splenda? More natural than the gross stuff they make cool whip out of.

Just a thought

Also, when you have a choicce between fat free and sugar free, I'd say always go sugar free....fat free stuff is stuffed full of sugar to make up for the fat missing... you won't malabsorb the sugar, but yiu do malabsorb a lot of the fat..... which is why I suggest getting some whipping cream and whipping up your own batch with some splenda....

I'm not into cooking though, so not sure this is helpful.

Just had to say, that sounds delicious!
I have a can of pumpkin in my cupboard, I'll be having a pumpkin protein shake today! :)

I agree, SF all the way. 3 weeks out I dumped on the littlest amount of sugar. Even if you don't, pretend like you do.. it will help you out in the long run.

I love sugarfree coolwhip.  I keep it around and use it on any fruit, pudding, or jello snack.   I am way too lazy to whip up my own every time, although I would do that for a special dessert.

I am using a small amount of sugar free cool whip on my small amounts of protein pudding I am eating!   Sugar free is the way to go and we can definately eat it at this stage......just remember though that it will take a while to eat what you make up.....my protein pudding has lasted all week!!!!!  (one box made with two scoops of protein!).

The addition of the cool whip is yummy!!!!
