my first visit to a nutritionist

I know I am 15 months out, but just now had my first visit with a NUT.  It went well and for the first time I have the correct lab orders!  I have been super frustrated that my PCP was not doing the labs I needed and kept doing basics for a normal person, now I have someone who truly understands what I need!  We also went over my vitamin schedule and tweaked it a bit pending new labs. 

While I was there I picked up some of the new Speigel Slim products ....I purchased several things that had in peanut butter which is my favorite flavor.    They also have a line of their own vitamins that I plan to try that seem reasonably priced....I'll read up a bit first and make sure they have everything I think I need. 

It is great that you found someone to help you maintain your good health.
