Do I have a HERNIA? --- freaking out
I accidentally lifted something really heavy and my abdomon is in a lot of pain. What are the signs of a hernia. I am freaking myself out. What should I do if I suspect I might?

You are pretty early out. Did you have your surgery lap? You may have pulled an internal stitch or something. I'm not sure what the signs are for a hernia. I just figured out I have one because something popped out of my stomach near my incision but it doesn't hurt thankfully.
