A shock

A co-worker of mine who had RNY last May suddenly passed yesterday.  I have no idea if it was related to RNY or not.     She was so upbeat and happy and was doing great with her weight loss.  I am just devastated.  I don't even know how to contact her family to give them my condolences.

I'm sorry to hear about your co worker. Prayers to you and her family. Maybe it was a pre existing condition that was ment to be corrected by loosing weight and the damage was already done. You are doing the best things for you now so no need to worry. Rember we are all on our own unique journey and we all are own melting snow flakes, no two the same.

I'm so sorry.

Can  your employer give you the family's address or forward a card or something for you?  All you  need to say if how sorry you are for her loss, how much you'll miss her, and that you really enjoyed knowing her or something like that.
