PURE protein shakes
I don't like many protein shakes but I like Pure in a can. I don't know if it is protein isolate or not though so I wanted to know if anyone drinks it and what kinda protein it is?

I believe it's a blend of proteins. I drink the RTDs in the cans and they are one of the few protein drinks I can tolerate. I like the chocolate and the cookies and cream. They sell them at vitamin shoppe and gnc in the single cans, or you can get four cans for like $7 at most targets although those ones have less protein than the 11 oz cans.
