Wegmans shopping list?

Wegmans is pretty far from me. It is quite a hike. But I hear that there is a whole isle dedicated to bariatric food. Is this true? Also I wanted to start a list of things to look for when I'm there so do you have any recommendations? Or is there a blog with a good list? I know some blogs list costco, wholefoods, aldi and trader joes. I thought I would ask!

Anxiously awaiting replies on this one....I have to drive about 45 min. to a Wegmans but LOVE it and hold out hope that someday there will be one closer to me!

I have to drive an hour. But one is coming to my town in September!!

I have one about 2 miles from my house but still have never went shopping there.(I mainly shop on the military base.) So I would love to see what others have to say. I need all the ideas I can get since my surgery is on Tuesday.

Umh, I live where Wegman's originated, and there is NOT a whole aisle devoted to bariatric eating. There IS a nature's marketplace with organic and "healthy" foods, they often have their brand of the expensive "healthy" stuff, and the pharmacy area DOES have isopure and such. They are also the one spot I can get VANILLA No sugar added carnation instant breakfast. Certainly worth the trip to scope out what you might want. They DO list most of their products online as well, WITH the nutritional info!
