Yes. That is what happens when you set a new PR for a 5K by 9 minutes. 32:19

You looked so sad in your old avatar.. I had to take a second look.  You kind of look like Justin from BL in this one.

Nice job on the 5K.

well i haven't eaten it with hummus yet but what i've been doing is i'll cut up and bake flat out wraps on aluminum foil with a bit of olive oil pam so it doesn't stick and they come out like tortilla chips!

OMG!  This is exactly what I do with my Flat Out Wraps.  I can't eat them "as is" since they are rather doughy.  Crisping them up in the oven solves that problem!  I sprinkle them with garlic salt, parmesan and italian seasoning too.  Glad to hear I'm not the only one making homemade "chips." lol Love them with hummus or mushed up avocado. :)

Hummus doesn't have a whole lot of protein so I mix in flavorless protein powder. I eat it with a few bagel chips. Underscore "very few".

I love Hummus!! I normally eat it with some baked whole grain pita bread,l cut into chips. You can also eat it like a dip with veggies.

Carrots, cucumber slices, grape or cherry tomatoes.

When I am feeling carby, a couple mini pretzals.
