Easy amazing cheesecake
I changed the recipe a little from Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery by Patt Levine. It's easy and tasty and perfect for pureed stage.
I also added cocoa powder and it was amazing. It would probably be really good with something fruity.
6 oz ff cream cheese
half cup ff ricotta cheese
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 packets of artificial sweeteners (I used stevia)
Mix in a food processor. Refrigerate for four hours. (Less is fine)
Tasty!

I have the same cookbook and made the heck out of that recipie. I'd also used marscapone to add to the creaminess...
