how long do the sugar free syrups last once opened?

hello folks...i got some sugar free torani syrups from world market today..they didnt have a ton of flavors, but i did get some sample size ones and 2 large ones... of chocolate, and english toffee..the sampe size ones are vanilla, raspberry, carmel hazelnut..

my daughter works at starbucks and they also have sugar free syrups there also, and she gets a discount.. they also dont have a ton of different flavors, but still the discount is great..

now my question is...how long will the bottle last once it is opened? i am down here in sunny florida where it is alreay 80 degrees today....i have to say NENNER, NEENER, to all you folks up north where it is still snowey and cold... anyhow do i store the opend bottles on the counter or in the fridge since it is so hot down here...will be chilly when we get out air on..but not quite ready for that...but i will be laying by the pool tomorrow and working on my tan..

has anyone used the un flavored gelatine? im going to try and make my own sugar free jello and puddings...i am getting ready to enter into the dreaded pre-op stage diet...

I still have the bottles I bought three years ago when I first had surgery (some of them at least) and they've not gone bad yet. In the summer I only keep a few bottles out and the rest I store in my dark basement. But so far, so good. I'm trying to work through them!

I have some around 2 years old that are still good. I live outside Houston and don't use A/C in the whole house (big house=too expensive to cool just for the 2 of us) so in the summers it gets in the 90's in the kitchen...they are fine. In fact I had some of the Pancake Syrup on my waffles this morning!
